Nature Art Lab
NatureArt Lab offers participants the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and immerse themselves in art inspired by nature. Select a series of courses to suit your interests, and consider developing your foundation skills through a better understanding of colour theory, drawing skills or use of water-based mediums such as watercolour or gouache. Our team of experienced tutors will support your creative learning journey with expert instruction and guidance in a fully equipped art-science space.
NatureArt Sketchers - Monthly Field Outings
Join a friendly group of NatureArt sketchers once a month for nature-based field sketching outings.
The group will meet from 10.15am - 12.15pm on the third Monday of each month at different locations around the Canberra region. The focus will be on wildlife and botanical drawing and sketching, large or small format, with artwork inspired by nature. No tutor will be provided. This is a free social activity providing artists with an opportunity to practice and refine their sketching skills, and to meet other people with similar interests.
