She is a professional scientist, scientific illustrator, botanical artist and wildlife illustrator. A member of the Botanical Art Society of Australia, Queensland Wildlife Art Society, International Society of Scratchboard Artists, The Florilegium Society of at the Botanic Gardens Sydney.
